Remember, electrical power should be off!

Hang strip over outlet, cut an "X" into strip and trim each of the 4
flaps to edges of outlet.

With scissors, cut vertically up to where the paper will meet the pipe or
fixture.

Smooth paper into place around the pipe or fixture. Carefully trim around pipe
or fixture with a razor knife.

Resmooth paper at the vertical cut making sure the edges are butting.

Use a yardstick to smooth paper down behind toilet tanks etc.

Smooth strip up to edge of pipe.

Cut horizontal slit into side of strip to reach pipe.

Cut a hole at the end of the slit to fit around pipe.
-
Touch together the edges of slit and smooth.
